8 2014 Yearbook: Library Inaugurates the Chinese Corner On June 13, 2014, the inauguration of the Chinese Corner took place at the Central Library as part of a cooperation agreement with the Chinese National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (Hanban). The event included a donation of books, CDs, and DVDs for teaching the Chinese language, culture, and history. Hanban is an institution under the Chinese Ministry of Education. Universidad ORT Uruguay the Cladea Balas Case Consortium Universidad ORT Uruguay accepted in December 2014 to join the Cladea Balas Case Consortium (CBCC), an institution comprising EGADE at Tecnológico de Monterrey, ESADE in Spain, IAE Business School in Argentina, and INCAE Business School in Costa Rica, among others. The CBCC’s purpose is to create a select collection of Latin American business teaching cases to be published and distributed globally through the most important international case repository: the Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) website.
