He participated in the Coursera in Ibero-America event, held at the Mexico City Campus of Tecnológico de Monterrey on November 2 and 3. Dr. Carlos López Vázquez (Paraguay) Faculty member in the Geomatics Area. He presented the paper “Investigating the role of individual neurons as outlier detectors” and served on the program committee of the International Workshop on Data Mining with Industrial Applications (DMIA 2015), organized by the National University of Asunción, September 14–16. He served as chair of the XII Latin American Workshop on Experimental Software Engineering as part of the XVIII Ibero-American Congress on Software Engineering (CIbSE 2015), organized by Ricardo Palma University, Lima, April 22–24. Cecilia Nacimento (Peru) Bachelor’s degree in Systems and Master’s student in Research-Based Engineering. She presented the paper “Proposal for a mechanism to measure the agility of development projects” at the 18th Ibero-American Congress on Software Engineering (CIbSE 2015), organized by Ricardo Palma University, Lima, April 22–24. André Fonseca de Oliveira, B.S. (Peru) Professor of Analog Electronics and Automatic Control.
