She presented the paper “Interoperability in e-government programs: application of a success factors model” 17 at the 7th International Congress on Computing and Telecommunications (Comtel 2015) , organized by the School of Systems, Computing, and Telecommunications Engineering at Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University, Lima, September 23–26. He presented the papers “The Challenges of E-Government: How to Achieve a Digital Government Model” and “IT Corporate Governance: A Vision for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises” at the 3rd International Congress on Systems Engineering organized by the Autonomous University of Peru, Lima, November 27–28. Dr. Gerardo Matturro (Peru) Research Professor in the Department of Software Engineering. He presented the paper “Use case technique for requirements modeling in distributed development environments. A mapping study” 1 8 at the annual meeting of the 41st Latin American Conference on Computer Science (CLEI 2015), organized by the Latin American Center for Computer Science Studies, Arequipa, October 19–23. Prof. Ismael Rodríguez (Thailand) Assistant Research Professor in the Applied Mathematics for Telecommunications (MATE) group. He participated as head of the Uruguayan delegation at the 56th International Mathematical Olympiad, Chiang Mai, July 4–16. Prof. Ismael Rodríguez 18 Conducted together with Viviana Alferillo, M.A., and María Inés Lund, M.A., researchers at the Institute of Computer Science at the National University of San Juan, Argentina. 17 Conducted together with Assistant Professor Cristina Zerpa, professor of Project Management in the School of Communication and Design.
