This observatory aims to create the organizational conditions to incorporate an Institutional Equity Unit into the structure of each university. has participation of 20 countries, each represented by two universities; in Uruguay, the ACJ University Institute and Universidad ORT Uruguay are participating. This is a comparative study that will work with groups of pre-adolescents (ages 9 to 12) in Australia and Uruguay, with the aim of analyzing how students interact with and understand social media. Mobile devices in new learning ecologies in the initial training of secondary school teachers The objective of this project is to investigate the uses, possibilities, advantages, and limitations of mobile learning. This study seeks to identify the possibilities offered by the use of mobile devices, such as cell phones and laptops provided by the Ceibal Plan to teacher education students, and to analyze new ways of learning in contexts and environments with high technological availability.
