78 2017 Yearbook OUTREACH ACTIVITIES 2017 “Sensory Universes” Multimedia Exhibition On November 23, the School of Design hosted the multimedia exhibition “Sensory Universes,” organized by students in the Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design program. The following works were exhibited: “Climate Change Rules Everything Around Me (CCREAM),” a multidisciplinary exhibition created by students from the Digital Art Workshop 1 course in the Bachelor’s program and the Introduction to Journalism course in the Bachelor’s in Communication program, in which they used debris collected from Capurro Beach to create art; “Inspiration vs. Plagiarism” and “IoT: Internet of Things,” created by students in the courses Design and Visual Communication and Multimedia Design 1 and 2, respectively. Final Fashion Design Degree Show On December 16, the final academic fashion show for the Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, “Puesta en escena 14: Sensory Stages,” took place in the Hugo Balzo Hall of the Sodre National Auditorium. Twelve third-year students from the program participated with their runway collections. The show consisted of the presentation of their individual collections: Avara, Be, Bisod, Breath, Ego, Gen-Xty, Introspection, Ramé, Release, Senses, Sobrietas, Sphyxia, Trapped, and Wantness.
