He received a master’s degree scholarship from the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) associated with the project “Antibiotic residues in milk: technological impact on dairy product manufacturing and solutions for their mitigation,” coordinated by Dr. Lorena Betancor, professor of Protein Technology. She received a grant from the Basic Sciences Development Program (PEDECIBA) to fund a research stay at the Institute of Chemical Synthesis and Homogeneous Catalysis at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. May. Sonali Correa, teaching assistant in Biotechnology Research. As part of the “Ibero-American Scholarships: Young Professors and Researchers—Santander Universities” program, she received a scholarship to fund a research stay at the Aragon Institute of Nanoscience at the University of Zaragoza, Spain.
