To ensure that the generated content is relevant and accurate, the team conducted research and gained an understanding of the subject matter in collaboration with the client, SimDesign. The simulation was developed using Unreal Engine 4. Major: Systems Engineering Advisor: Darío Macchi, Eng. Feedback Assistant: continuous feedback system Authors: Bruno Bellizzi, Nicolás Eiris, and María Inés Fernández Organization: Ascentis The objective of this project is to create a system that automates the process of requesting and receiving feedback, thereby adding value to the products of Ascentis, a software development company specializing in human resources management based in the United States. Continuous feedback can replace periodic performance reviews, aiming to improve communication between managers and employees, as well as among colleagues, with the goal of increasing the productivity of company members. Feedback Assistant consists of a microservices ecosystem that uses Java technology along with the Spring Framework. It operates by communicating with various third-party services to identify potential feedback and analyze its content using natural language processing technologies.
