They participated in the 2019 Latin America Conference for Deans and Directors, held in Quito from September 2 to 4. Dr. Labadie also attended the Advisory Board meeting, participated in the first meeting as a member of the Latin America Advisory Council created by the Association of MBAs, and delivered the presentation “International Business School Collaboration and Partnerships,” Quito, September 2–4. He participated in the World Tolerance Summit, an event organized by the government of the United Arab Emirates that attracts representatives of civil society from around the world, Dubai, November 13–14. Dr. Ximena Fernández Delucchi (Spain) Academic Coordinator of Human Resources Programs. She delivered the lecture “Intrapreneurial Leadership and Work Values Among Highly Educated Executives in Uruguay” at the ILO Interuniversity Congress “On the Future of Work,” held at the Faculty of Labor Sciences of the University of Seville, February 7–8. 20 Along with Sofía Rosendorff and Mercedes Otero, graduates of the Master’s in Human Resources Management from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
