On April 22, the lecture "The Republic's Foreign Service: Its Evolution and Missions" was held in the Auditorium of the School of Management and Social Sciences. The speakers were Ambassador Nelson Fernández (pictured), Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador Alvaro Moerzinger, Director of the Artigas Institute of the Foreign Service. The event was organized by the Department of International Studies.
