In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18,331, dated August 11, 2008, and Decree No. 414/009, dated August 21, 2009, as amended and in accordance therewith, regarding the protection of personal data and Habeas Data, the processing of personal data carried out on the websites of Universidad ORT Uruguay is governed by the following provisions:

1) Personal Information and Purpose

The personal data collected through the website will be used to provide better service and facilitate the use of the websites by analyzing the number and frequency of visits, as well as for other purposes that will be communicated to data subjects as appropriate.

The personal data of users who register on the website via forms will be used for the purposes specified in each form.

The contact and information request forms on our websites are designed to assist those interested in studying at Universidad ORT Uruguay are intended to facilitate communication and the exchange of information between prospective students and Universidad ORT Uruguay. 8) Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed in its entirety and without exception by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and shall be interpreted in accordance with them. Any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy, including its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or enforcement, shall be submitted to the courts of Montevideo, and any other venue or jurisdiction is hereby expressly waived.
