Support to Entrepreneurs
Given its objectives and scope of work, the university’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) supports students, entrepreneurs, and organizations to foster knowledge, development, and innovation in every sector.
Through the network of contacts it has built, the CIE offers students and graduates the opportunity to develop innovative ideas and turn them into high-potential businesses.

Career Counseling Service
This service is designed to assist advanced students or graduates who need to develop or improve their strategies for entering or re-entering the workforce.
To that end, individual career counseling interviews are conducted to discuss the various options for entering the job market.

Cybersecurity Recommendations
Universidad ORT Uruguay its students, graduates, faculty, and staff a series of recommendations regarding cybersecurity risks and how to prevent incidents from occurring.

Mentoring Programme
The Programme is an initiative designed to pair upperclassmen with first-year students, with the goal of guiding and supporting them as they adjust to college life.
The program applies to the entire university and is carried out by the student advisors from each school, under the auspices of the Office of Student Affairs.

Programme for Peace Programme
Projects for Peace is a global program that encourages young adults (ages 18 to 30) to develop innovative, community-centered, and scalable solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.
Each year, it awards 125 or more student leaders a grant of $10,000 to launch a project anywhere in the world, typically during the summer break in the Northern Hemisphere.

International students
Each year, a large number of students from all over the world choose Universidad ORT Uruguay to undertake an exchange semester or complete a university degree programme, while others decide to study an entire degree programme or postgraduate programme.
The university has international office dedicated to advising, supporting, and guiding international students who choose to study in Uruguay.

Sports
The university's sports department offers you the opportunity to join one of the following competitive teams: men's basketball, men's futsal, women's futsal, women's handball, women's field hockey, men's volleyball, and women's volleyball.
