All ORT teams hold weekly practices and participate in various tournaments and leagues, both nationally and internationally, depending on their sport.

1) When can I sign up for the different sports?
You can register at any time of the year to reserve your spot. The program begins in February/March and again in July/August of each year.

2) Who is eligible to participate in the sports activities?
To participate in sports activities, you must be a current student and/or graduate of ORT. You must also present a valid physical fitness card.

3) Is any prior experience required? Is there an age limit for participation?
Yes, you must have prior experience in the sport you want to sign up for. There is no age limit for participation.

4) Can I attend practice without being part of the competitive team?
Yes, you can attend just the training sessions.

Yes, signing up for sports activities allows you to participate in as many sports as you like.

6) When are the official matches played?
Each league sets the days on which matches are played. Most matches are played on weekends.

Yes, the meetings are open to the public.

8) Is there a fee for the sports activities?
Yes. You have to pay a semiannual sports fee. Once you've registered, you have 72 hours to confirm payment and secure your spot.
