Fabián Alvarez, a student in the Bachelor’s program in International Studies, has been one of eight students selected by Uruguay to participate in Programme“Global UGRAD Programme, Programmesponsored by the U.S. government. His selection as a program participant means that from August 28, 2009, to May 15, 2010, he will study at Utica College in New York. The program provides a scholarship that covers all costs (airfare, living expenses, and tuition).
