A graduate and educator, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft Latin America

Eduardo Mangarelli, an engineering graduate from ORT University with a degree in Systems Engineering and a professor and project advisor at the School of Engineering, has been appointed Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft Latin America, a position he will hold from Uruguay.

Mr. Mangarelli previously served as Regional Director of New Technologies for Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay, and as General Manager of Microsoft Uruguay.
