Certificate of Specialization in Real Estate Development

August 1, 2012
On August 14, 2012, the School of Architecture launched the Specialization Diploma in Real Estate Development, the first graduate program in this field in our country. It is designed for architects, engineers, accountants, business administration graduates, lawyers, notaries, and professionals in general who work in the real estate sector.

The main objectives of this graduate program are to help participants understand the constant interrelationships and transformations within the real estate business, familiarize themselves with the opportunities offered by the real estate market, and provide creative, innovative, and effective solutions to executives in the sector who wish to assume leadership roles in shaping the built environment.

The diploma program emphasizes the responsibility that business consultants have in designing programmes and executing real estate investments that meet the needs of society. To this end, it provides training in the knowledge and skills necessary to advise on real estate developments at any stage, given that the countless challenges faced by the various actors operating in this sector are becoming increasingly complex, in a business environment where accurate and timely responses to problems are of crucial importance.
