Universidad ORT Uruguay the "Ioman ORT 5770" (ORT Calendar September 2009–October 2010), an annual publication produced by the General Directorate, the Department of Jewish Studies, and the Publications Department. This year’s feature article is dedicated to Dr. Emanuel Ringelblum, historian of the Warsaw Ghetto, who led a team of volunteers that built and preserved the Oneg Shabbat archive, perhaps the largest archive of original material compiled clandestinely by Jews during the Shoah (Jewish Holocaust).
