These awards are intended to recognize the quality of instruction provided by faculty members who teach courses on a regular basis, as well as the learning achievements of their students.
At each ceremony, the respective dean reviewed the year’s achievements and presented awards to the faculty members who had performed exceptionally well during the year and have an outstanding academic record at the school.
The university has been presenting these awards since 1995.

- A/S Bernardo Korzeniak, Coordinator of Computer Labs at the School of Design - awarded by the School of Design.
School of Engineering (December 13)
Awards for Teaching Excellence:
- Ing. Carlos Soderguit, professor of Component Design and Project Advisor at the school - awarded by the School of Technology.
- Dr. Nora Szasz, Academic Coordinator of Systems Engineering - awarded by the School of Engineering.
Outstanding Faculty Members of the Year:
- Dr. Lorena Betancor, Research Professor of Biotechnology - for her contribution to the development of biotechnology research.
- Dr. Pedro Salvetto, Coordinator of the Information Systems Research Laboratory - for his academic contribution to the faculty.
- Prof. Raúl González, Faculty Member, Tutor, and Thesis Advisor - for his academic career.
Dr. Inés Kereki, Professor of Programming, received recognition from the members of her department in honor of her 25 years of service at the institution.
