An article by academics was published by the University of Deusto

The University of Deusto (Spain) published the article “Management Team Competencies: Identifying Organizational Factors Associated with the Phenomenon of Educational Inclusion” in the book *Educational Leadership in Schools: Competencies of Management Teams, Teachers, and Counselors. 4th International Conference on School Leadership*.

It was conducted by Dr. María Inés Vázquez, Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management at the Institute of Education; Prof. Ana María Antelo, instructor of the Thesis Seminar; Gabriela Bernasconi, instructor of Developing an Organizational Improvement Plan, ICT Management in Educational Organizations, and the Thesis Seminar; Prof. Gerardo Ciancio, Professor of Spanish Literature, Linguistics, Rhetoric and Persuasion, and Semiotics; Mag. Andrea Tejera, Professor of Developing an Organizational Improvement Plan and Management of Educational Institutions; and Prof. Irene Gorga, IT Inspector for the Secondary Education Council.

The paper was presented by Dr. María Inés Vázquez at the “6th International Conference on School Leadership,” organized by the University of Deusto, which took place from July 1 to 3, 2013, in San Sebastián, Spain.
