The judging panel consisted of Roberto Cyjon, Ing., former president of the Central Israeli Committee of Uruguay; Ana Ribeiro, Ph.D., historian and professor at the Faculty of Humanities at the Catholic University of Uruguay; and Ramiro Rodríguez Villamil, Ph.D., co-founder of the weekly newspaper *Búsqueda* and former director of Radio Sarandí.
