Vipermed is an app that provides educational resources for patients with various medical conditions through interactive videos created using content provided by medical societies.
Recognized for its educational videos focused on patient rehabilitation, the app aims to expand and reach 21 Spanish-speaking countries in the Americas within a year and a half. To this end, it has formed a partnership with The British Medical Journal, through which it expects to expand its reach to millions of people.
In 2011, it developed an online platform that serves as a platform for distributing the videos, which users can view on their laptops, cell phones, or tablets.
Currently, the startup works with eleven companies in Uruguay and Chile, including the National Resources Fund, the Teletón Foundation Rehabilitation Center, and the Maldonado Physical Rehabilitation Center.
