Publication of the book *Education and Technology in Uruguay: A Research Perspective*

In October 2015, Universidad ORT Uruguay the book *Education and Technology in Uruguay: A Research Perspective*, authored by faculty members and graduates of the Institute of Education. The book contains a collection of research studies that analyze various aspects related to the integration of technology into the educational setting. The articles are based on final projects from the Master’s in Education program.

The authors of the research are Dr. Denise Vaillant, academic secretary of the Institute of Education; Rosana Álvarez Chappore, Andrés Israel Rodríguez Techera, Sara Weikert, Rosana Martínez Barcellos, Nancy Geymonat, and Roberto Balaguer, graduates of the Master’s in Education with an emphasis on Teaching and Learning Research; and Verónica Zorrilla de San Martín, M.A., Verónica Zorrilla de San Martín, web editor and content manager for the institute’s website.
