Inmediaciones de la Comunicación publishes innovative articles on a wide range of topics in communication and the humanities, encompassing diverse methodological approaches, in the form of research articles, critical essays, and book reviews.
The journal encourages the publication of works presenting specific research related to the Latin American region, as well as the participation in and dissemination of contemporary discussions in the fields of communication theory, new media, writing and orality, virtuality, digital journalism, institutional communication, and works that link the humanities (philosophy, literature, history, anthropology) and communication.
