Chapter published in the book *Institutional Evaluation System in Compulsory Education in Ibero-America*

In December 2016, the Educational Management Support Network (Red AGE) published the book *Institutional Evaluation Systems in Compulsory Education in Ibero-America*, which includes the chapter “Institutional Evaluation in Compulsory Education in Uruguay.” Among the authors is Andrea Tejera, M.A., academic coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management and a professor and graduate advisor at the Institute of Education.

This article was co-authored by:

- Prof. Sharon Musselli, assistant to the Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
- Prof. Karina Nossar, director of the Northern Regional Teachers’ Center (CeRP) of the National Public Education Administration (ANEP).
- Prof. Marcos Sarasola, coordinator of the Master’s Program in Education at the Catholic University of Uruguay.
- Mag. Sonia Scaffo, instructor at the Elbio Fernández Teacher Training Institute.
- Dr. María Inés Vázquez, researcher at the Young Men’s Christian Association University Institute.

The book’s coordinators are Dr. Joaquín Gairín, professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and Dr. Anna Díaz-Vicario, a researcher at that university.
