Dr. Manso holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master's degree in Educational Improvement and Quality, and a teaching diploma with a specialization in Special Education from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogy from that same university.
Manso received the National Award for Excellence in University Academic Performance from the Spanish Ministry of Education. He also serves as a consultant in the area of teacher training for the Organization of Ibero-American States.
