The conference, titled “Latin America and Europe,” was held on September 25 and 26, 2017, at the headquarters of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI).
As part of the conference, Bonilla participated in the panel discussion titled “Globalization and the Digital Revolution: Is a Comparative Analysis Between the European Union and Latin America Possible?,” which focused on analyzing the challenges and transformations associated with these processes in both regions.
