Bliman is a structural civil engineer and worked alongside Eladio Dieste from 1987 to 1998. He was a partner in companies such as Dieste y Montañez, GMI Instalaciones, and Puentes & Construcciones. In 2001, he founded Cuentax, a company dedicated to construction and project management in the region, and in 2007, he founded Ka, an engineering development firm specializing in alternative energy, through which he carries out his work in the private sector in the field of residential construction. Through his private practice, he has completed numerous industrial architecture projects, housing complexes, residences, buildings, silos, infrastructure projects, and special-purpose structures. He has given lectures in Argentina, Chile, and the United States.
