ORT University, the Rotary Club of Aguada, and the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology invite young people aged 16 to 21, whose household has a per capita income of less than $6,000, to apply for the Programme TICs” Programme , which aims to provide training in one of the fields with the highest employment rates: information and communication technology. The Programme full scholarships for technical programs in Web Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, Flash Application Design and Animation, and Personal Computer Maintenance.
