Lecture on "Character Design and Pixel Animation for Video Games" by a visiting professor from CalArts

On Wednesday, December 1, the lecture "Character Design and Pixel Animation for Video Games" was held in the Auditorium of the School of Communication and Design. The lecture was given by Prof. Jesse López, who holds a Bachelor of Film and Art from the California Institute of the Arts ( CalArts) in the United States and is a faculty member in the Bachelor's Program in Animation and Video Games.

The speaker creates character designs, storyboards, and animation for the video game company WayForward Technologies. He has worked asa freelance animator for Walt Disney Animation Studios. He was part of the development team for the video game Batman for Warner Brothers, Brave and the Bold for Nintendo Wii, and is currently working on the video game Thor, which will be released following the premiere of the film of the same name.
