In May 2013, the School of Management and Social Sciences published Research Paper No. 94 , “HRM Practices in Uruguay, 1997–2007,” authored by Dr. Adriana Cassoni, a researcher and professor of economics at the school, and Dr. Gaston J. Labadie, dean and professor of organizational behavior and human resources at the school.
