Rosemberg holds a Ph.D. in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is a researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET). She is an Adjunct Professor of Research and Educational Statistics in the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is a member of the Academic Committee for the Doctorate in Education.
