Article accepted for publication in the journal *Computer Networks*

The article "Neighbor selection for proportional fairness in P2P networks, " authored by Martín Zubeldía, Ph.D., Andrés Ferragut, Ph.D., and Fernando Paganini, Ph.D., researchers at the School of Engineering, was accepted for publication in the peer-reviewed journal *Computer Networks* in March 2015 .

Dr. Paganini is a full professor of Telecommunications Theory in the department; Dr. Ferragut is an associate professor of Data Networks and a research faculty member; and Mr. Zubeldía is a research teaching assistant in the Applied Mathematics for Telecommunications (MATE) group.
