Article accepted for publication in the journal *Computer Networks*

The article "Neighbor selection for proportional fairness in P2P networks," authored by Martín Zubeldía, Ph.D., Andrés Ferragut, Ph.D., and Fernando Paganini, Ph.D., researchers at the School of Engineering, was accepted for publication in March 2015 in the peer-reviewed journal *Computer Networks*.

Dr. Paganini is a full professor of Telecommunications Theory in the department; Dr. Ferragut is an associate professor of Data Networks and a research professor; and Eng. Zubeldía is a research teaching assistant in the Applied Mathematics for Telecommunications (MATE) group.
