Article published in the peer-reviewed journal *Quantum Information Processing*

The article “Characterizing error propagation in quantum circuits: The isotropic index,” co-authored by scholars from the School of Engineering, was published in February 2017 in the peer-reviewed journal Quantum Information Processing (Volume 16, Issue 2), published by Springer.

The authors of the article are:

- Dr. Efrain Buksman, associate professor of physics in the School of Engineering.
- André Luiz Fonseca, Ph.D., professor of analog electronics and automatic control in the School of Engineering.
- Prof. Ilan Cohn, professor of the Innovation and Design Workshop at the School of Engineering.
- Dr. Jesús García López, director of the University School of Computer Science at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

The paper was accepted in December 2016.
