Pablo Heinig, Engineer – “Innovation and Creativity at the Point of Sale”.
Mr. Heinig is a Professor in the Human Resources Department at ESADE Buenos Aires. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Córdoba and serves as Director of the Entertainment Industry Management Program at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. He is the Secretary General of ITIUM within the Ibero-American Network of Leisure Studies Centers.

Fernando Doria – “Keys to Increasing Sales and Profitability in Your Retail Business in Hyper-Competitive Times”
Mr. Doria holds a Master’s in International Management and is a Doctor of Education (cand.) from the University of Saint Thomas. He is a lecturer at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. He is the author of the book “Retail Marketing: The New Marketing of Retail.”
Javier de Haedo – “Economy, Context, and Outlook”
Economist de Haedo is an independent consultant. He served as director of the Office of Planning and Budget under the Presidency of the Republic.

Carol Garcia – “Point-of-Sale Experience”
Dr. Garcia holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Fashion from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Coolhunter. Journalist and fashion critic for the magazines Seven, Sobras, and World Fashion. Full Professor of Fashion Communication at Anhembi Morumbi University (Brazil) and Scientific Director of the consulting firm Modus Marketing and Semiotics.
Eduardo Mangarelli – “Communication and Social Media”
Mr. Mangarelli holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay. He is a professor of Application Analysis and Design and a thesis advisor in the School of Engineering. He serves as Director of Technology and Innovation at Microsoft Latin America. He is a mentor-coach for Endeavor Uruguay and a member of the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology.
