Tomás Rodríguez, M.A.Tomás Rodríguez is an attorney and holds a master’s degree in People Management from the University of Navarra (Spain). He is Head of People & Talent at Light-it, a software development company specializing in healthcare. Throughout his career, he has focused on leadership, organizational culture, and the development of high-performance teams. In addition to his executive role, he has served as a university professor and speaker, sharing a more human approach to leadership based on evidence and the real-world experience of those who lead others. He is the author of the book *Why Do We Fail at Leadership?*, in which he invites readers to rethink many of the traditional beliefs about leadership.
