MIKTA is a group comprising Mexico, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, and Australia; it brings together five countries from diverse cultures and regions.
The goal of this conference is for students to broaden their perspective on the diplomacy of middle powers through direct interaction with diplomats. We invite you to an exclusive dialogue with MIKTA leaders to shape your vision for the future.

Ambassador Noh WonilAmbassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Korea University (South Korea), a master's degree in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute (Switzerland), and a master's degree in Public Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management (South Korea).

Andrés Ruiz Pérez, Esq.He has served as Chief of the Chancellery at the Mexican Embassy in Uruguay since 2022 and has been in charge of the Embassy since December 2024.
A member of the Mexican Foreign Service since 2012.
He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and a master's degree in Comparative Public Policy from FLACSO-Mexico. He has published articles in *Foro Internacional*, *Revista Mexicana de Política Exterior*, and *Foreign Affairs Latinoamérica*.

Hazal Selin AtikDeputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Montevideo since 2024.
She served as Third Secretary in the Deputy Directorate General for Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye from 2023 to 2024.
She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University (Republic of Türkiye) and a master's degree in European Studies from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Sabancı University (Republic of Türkiye).
