The exhibition features student projects focused on the design of a minimalist Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) coat rack, intended for contemporary homes. The assignment called for the creation of a coat rack with a secondary function, integrating formal, functional, and structural aspects, with special attention to the design of the structure’s joints or connection points.

The proposals incorporate modular systems that facilitate assembly, transportation, and storage. In addition, the students had to address issues such as packaging, assembly sequence, and distribution, taking into account the various stages of the product's life cycle.

The process included sketches, scale models, 3D modeling, and technical documentation, among other tools. Each project culminated in a functional, full-scale model to evaluate its stability and constructability. The exhibition presents different solutions to the same challenge and explores how technical decisions also shape the product’s visual identity.
