Autolink, Magma Relief, and Aula+ were honored at the 2026 ILAN Awards

The startups Autolink (first place), Magma Relief (second), and Aula+ (third) were recognized after presenting their proposals to a jury composed of representatives from ILAN (Israel Latin American Network), the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII), and ORT.

The awards ceremony took place on April 21 and brought together finalist teams that presented startups focused on technological and impact-driven solutions. The event was organized by ILAN and Universidad ORT Uruguay its Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE).

Award-winning startups

The jury selected three entries:

  • First place: Autolink, a startup that develops telemetry and big data solutions for the customizable monitoring and control of natural resources and industrial equipment, adaptable to various industries.
  • Second place: Magma Relief, an initiative aimed at alleviating discomfort associated with the menstrual cycle through the development of biotechnology products made from natural ingredients.
  • Third place: Aula+, a solution that supports teachers in educating students in diverse settings, with tools and methodologies that allow them to adapt instruction to different learning paces and needs.

In addition to the recognized startups, FINCREA, Hereditas, and Pinealage were among the finalists, with proposals focused on financial education, technology applied to services, and well-being.

ILAN Awards for University Innovation - 2026 Edition

What does recognition entail?

The ILAN University Innovation Awards offer the three winning startups international recognition and access to the ILAN NETWORK Platform, which facilitates connections with entrepreneurs, mentors, and institutions within the Israeli ecosystem.

As part of the award, three members will travel to Israel with the ILAN Delegation to participate in academic activities, visits, and meetings with leaders in the field of innovation.

Grading and Submission

Six teams presented their business ventures to a jury composed of Cr. Darío Mantel (representing ANII), Ruperto Long, Eng. (honorary president of ILAN Uruguay), Prof. Mariela Icicson, Lic. (general coordinator of ILAN for Argentina and Uruguay), Enrique Topolansky, Lic., MBA, (director of the CIE), and Dr. Marcos Segantini (professor at the School of Business and Social Sciences).

The ILAN Awards are part of the CIE’s efforts to support early-stage startups, strengthen innovation capabilities, and foster connections with international networks.
