The series begins in the conference room of the Barceló Colonia Hotel with the lecture "Analysis and Outlook for the 2004 Elections," presented by Juan Carlos Doyenart, director of Interconsult.
The goal of these events is to provide the business community with the opportunity to attend expert-led lectures on political science, technology, business, tourism, and advertising.
The series was supported by the Colonia City Council.

On September 24, 2004, consultantRoberto Bennett—a professor of tourism at ORT’s School of Business and Social Sciences and director of Uruguay XXI—will deliver a lecture titled “The Pros and Cons of Globalization in the World of Tourism.”
Meanwhile, on October 8, advertising professional Fernando Carlevaro, an advertising professor at the School of Communication, will lead the lecture "Creativity and Strategy: Examples of Successful Cases."
