A Designer's Survival Guide: Project Management, the Real-World Edition

June 23, 2025
The Association of Professional Interior Designers of Uruguay (ADDIP) invites you to a new design after-party.

From the client’s first message to the final details on-site, project management requires coordinating people, schedules, budgets, and even emotions.

On Thursday, June 26, ADDIP will open its doors to share practical tools, anecdotes, and the insights of architect Carolina Capouya. Admission is free, but advance registration is required.

A Survival Guide Without Idealization

The event is part ofADDIP’s “Afters de Diseño” series and aims to foster an honest conversation about the everyday challenges designers face: managing expectations, maintaining creative leadership when schedules shift, and learning from mistakes—which teach us more than any manual ever could.
