ADDIP invites you to the design after-party: “Designing Is Also Managing”

The event will address the challenges, responsibilities, and best practices of the professional practice of interior design, featuring Architect Edith Camejo, a professor at the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay, and Certified Interior Designer Javier D’Agnese.

The Association of Professional Interior Designers of Uruguay (ADDIP) invites you to participate in“Design Is Also Management,a new edition of Afters de Diseño aimed at reflecting on various aspects of the professional practice of interior design.

The event aims to explore questions that cut across the day-to-day practice of the profession: when does a budget cease to be an estimate and become a commitment; how to manage changes during a project; where the designer’s responsibility ends; and what tools enable designers to work with greater professional support.

Tools for Managing Professional Practice

The event will feature Architect Edith Camejo, a professor at the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay, and Certified Accountant Javier D’Agnese, who will discuss topics related to contracts, fees, budgets, collection management, subcontracting, and professional responsibilities.
