The talks were aimed at people who lead teams or aspire to take on leadership roles within the institution.
The activities were led by the dean of the School of Engineering, Eduardo Mangarelli, and the dean of the School of Business and Social Sciences, Dr. Teresa Cometto.
The proposal addressed skills related to leadership, communication, and the development of high-performance teams.
The activities took place at the Pocitos Campus, the Downtown Campus, and the School of Communication building.
This initiative is part of the Human Resources Department’s efforts to support the professional growth of the teams at Universidad ORT Uruguay strengthen leadership practices aligned with the institution’s challenges.
