The COTAOT was held on July 16, 2003, in the conference room of the Central Bank of Uruguay.
Furthermore, this commission was established by executive order in 1994, designed to serve as a mechanism for inter-agency coordination of the activities of public and private organizations involved in the implementation of land-use policies and plans.
The session was moderated by Federico Berbejillo, architect and director of the National Directorate of Land Use Planning (DINOT), who is also a professor at the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
