The series offers a look at educational models, research, the experiences of students and graduates, as well as the initiatives each institution is promoting to make an impact on its community.

The ORT Approach
In this episode, the Business School presents a vision for management education focused on developing leaders capable of generating economic, social, and environmental value.
The documentary highlights the concept of “sustainability thinking,” an approach that aims to understand complex problems from a systemic perspective and integrate sustainability into decision-making. It also shows how this vision is reflected in student education through courses such as “Responsible Leadership” and “Strategy Development,” as well as in experiences related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and applied learning.
The episode features testimonials from administrators, faculty members, and graduates of the Business School that highlight different aspects of the educational experience: the institutional vision, the academic focus of the MBA program, the connection to the professional world, and the impact that the program has on participants’ career paths. They are:
- Mariella de Aurrecoechea, Cra., MBA, dean of the school;
- Dr. Norma Pontet, former academic coordinator of the Business School and current regional dean at Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico);
- Magalí Da Silva, MBA, former academic coordinator of the MBA program and current academic coordinator of the Human Resources Programs at the Business School;
