With a program that combines intensive training, the exchange of experiences, and hands-on exploration, the first edition of the Winter School titled“Higher Education and Technology: The Strategic Role of Artificial Intelligence in Learning”will take place.

This initiative aims to provide a space for co-creation and experimentation regarding the educational use of artificial intelligence—with the goal of fostering a critical understanding of its potential and challenges—as well as to promote the development of a community of practice committed to improving learning.

The activities will take place on Tuesday, August 5, and Wednesday, August 6, 2025, in a hybrid format.

Organized by the Center for Continuing Education in Higher Education (CAES) with the support of the People Project—an initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and exchange among members of the university—the Winter School is specifically designed for faculty members at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
