Mentoring and Strengthening Networking
One of the central themes of the event was the willingness expressed by the attendees to actively collaborate with the university community.
The graduates expressed their full willingness to share their knowledge and experiences with students and other graduates, participate in academic initiatives, and contribute to the development of new networking and professional mentoring opportunities.
Among the possibilities discussed were providing support to those seeking to advance their careers in the United States, sharing experiences regarding entry into the international job market, and participating in activities that bring the perspectives of professionals working in various industries to the university.
The willingness of all participants to remain connected to ORT presents an opportunity to strengthen intergenerational exchange and draw on the experience of those who have built their careers abroad.
These initiatives aim to foster connections that go beyond in-person meetings and lead to new opportunities for collaboration, learning, and professional development for the university community.
