We invite you to the launch of the latest edition of Innova Alimentos, a free program designed for female entrepreneurs and business owners looking to innovate, start a business, or promote products in the food industry.

During the event, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the program, its approach, and the tools it offers for turning ideas into real products. In addition, alumni entrepreneurs will share their experiences, and key methodologies such as Food Design will be presented.

, Jimena Martínez (INEFOP), Soledad Corbo (Cuchara Food Design), Valentina Silva López and Luciana Pérez Costanzo (entrepreneurs who graduated from the previous cohort), Enrique Topolansky (Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ORT), and Deborah Szwedzki (program coordinator).
Innova Alimentos is an intensive, hands-on training program that covers the entire food innovation process: from identifying opportunities and understanding consumers to designing, prototyping, validating, and launching new products.
Program content:
- Methodologies such as Design Thinking and Food Design to develop value propositions and robust business models.
- Market analysis tools, stakeholder mapping, and solution validation, along with workshops focused on the development of real-world products.
- Key technical aspects for the food industry: nutritional formulation, interpretation and design of nutrition facts labels, food safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements for product authorization and registration.
- Marketing and communication content, including storytelling and pitch development, culminating in the presentation of projects to a panel of judges.
