- Contents: Essential principles of ergonomics applied to furniture design, the influence of furniture on physical and emotional well-being, strategies for optimizing functionality without compromising aesthetics.
Session3: The Art of Consulting: How to Guide Clients in Choosing Furniture

- Content: Active listening to understand needs and lifestyles, creating memorable shopping experiences, and balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
Certificate of Participation
Those who attend all three sessions will receive a certificate of participation endorsed by Fábrica Italiana and Addip, and will have access to networking with industry colleagues, and will be entered into a drawing for a trip to Bento Gonçalves to visit the brand’s factories.
