The contest was organized by the Latin American Center for Information Technology Studies (CLEI) and UNESCO.
The evaluation committee includes Patricia Corbo, Ph.D ., academic secretary of the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad ORT Uruguay executive secretary of CLEI; Claudio Menezes, UNESCO Regional Advisor for Telematics; and Dr. Álvaro Tasistro, Uruguay’s representative to CLEI.
CLEI is a non-profit institution that brings together the most important Latin American universities and research centers in the field of computer science research and education. It serves as a point of contact among numerous Latin American researchers, providing resources to foster the development of computer science in the region.
