Meta Challenge 2025: Real Strategies for Significant Social Impact

During the August 2025 semester, Universidad ORT Uruguay held a new edition of the Meta Challenge, in which digital marketing students designed and executed real-world campaigns on Meta Ads with the goal of generating measurable results for social impact organizations.

In this edition, the focus was on Los Tréboles, a social organization that focuses its work on the inclusion and support of children, adolescents, and families.

In December, the winning team of the Meta Challenge 2025 was announced, consisting of students Federico Barsamian, Oren Yimalkovski, Alejo Abdala, and Manuel Cancela. Their campaign stood out for its strategic planning, effective audience segmentation, and the optimization of ads designed to attract people interested in volunteering at the Los Tréboles Center.

The Challenge offers a hands-on learning experience in which teams work with real budgets and specific goals, using professional digital advertising tools. In this way, the experience combines academic training, teamwork, and the creation of tangible social impact.
